VIDEO: Look Who Agrees With Trump on Anthem Protesters!

Shaquille O’Neil and Charles Barkley are both legends in the NBA world, and are household names not just for their performance on the court, but also for the example they set for others.
Both men have a long history of community outreach, and have made a positive difference in an uncountable number of lives, something the modern-day NFL players could learn from.
During TNT’s “Inside The NBA” pregame show, O’Neil and Barkley were asked how they would handle the anthem protesting, and both basketball legends didn’t hesitate to answer.
Shaq pointed out that the anthem protests are counterproductive, because “there’s a large majority of people that say you are disrespecting the flag, and they won’t even listen to your conversation,” and said that he would find a “more respectful” way to bring attention to the cause.
“We’ve spent so much time worrying about who’s kneeling and who’s got the fist up, and we have not come up with solutions. So, I’m sick of hearing about the anthem protests,” said Barkley, who added, “We’re all in this together. It ain’t a black or white thing. It ain’t a cop against people. It’s all of us.
The NFL could learn a lot from these two sports legends, and if they paid attention, maybe they could find a way to get their message heard without infuriating the majority of the country.
