Why the Hell is the German Soccer Team ‘Taking a Knee’?

Good grief, people are dummies.
Why is a German soccer team “taking a knee?”
Apparently, they’re showing “solidarity” with NFL players who are protesting “police oppression,” and supporting cop-hating group Black Lives Matter.
Nevermind that these NFL players are a joke, and are being mocked by the majority of Americans as low-info divas, the Germans want to align themselves with these losers anyway.
German soccer team Hertha Berlin kneeled before its game Saturday to promote “an open-minded world.”
All 11 starters and the entire bench kneeled before the team’s 2-0 home defeat against Schalke 04. Unlike recent protests in the NFL, the action did not take place during a ceremony of any kind as no national anthems are played before European league matches.
Hertha explained the action on Twitter, saying the team represents “a tolerant Berlin and an open-minded world, now and forevermore.” The German league, the Bundesliga, backed the players by calling it “a great and important gesture.”
